- Current BDC Managers who have sales floor experience (personally) running a high volume, appointment based team.
- Current Sales Managers, Finance Managers, Closers who have a vast knowledge and love of internet sales and leadership.
- Current High Volume / High CSI Internet Salespeople who are already leaders in their store, but don't yet have the title or payplan.
- Applicants must have applicable AUTOMOTIVE experience, knowledge and expertise.
- Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership CRM (We use VIN Solutions)
- Strong Communication Skills, Including: Text, Email, and Social Media
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel (We track EVERYTHING and use Excel or Google Sheets to do so)

- Average Benchmark Performers can earn $72,000 - $108,000 annually ($6,000 - $9,000 monthly).
- Top Benchmark Performers can earn $120,000 - $180,000 annually ($10,000 - $15,000 monthly).
