We are growing and business is booming. We are currently interviewing for Experienced Internet Director to join our Hyundai sales / leadership team.   • Current Internet Directors who aren’t happy with their upward mobility or opportunity to advance at their current dealership.
  • Current BDC Managers who have sales floor experience (personally) running a high volume, appointment based team.
  • Current Sales Managers, Finance Managers, Closers who have a vast knowledge and love of internet sales and leadership.
  • Current High Volume / High CSI Internet Salespeople who are already leaders in their store, but don't yet have the title or payplan.
  • Applicants must have applicable AUTOMOTIVE experience, knowledge and expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership CRM (We use VIN Solutions)
  • Strong Communication Skills, Including: Text, Email, and Social Media
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel (We track EVERYTHING and use Excel or Google Sheets to do so)

  • This position is part of our sales leadership / management team and will cooperate with other sales managers to ensure the successful operation of the variable department.
COMPENSATION AND EARNING POTENTIAL:This is a Commission Based Position with one of the most competitive pay opportunities in the marketplace. We will be happy to share the pay plan during your in-person confidential interview.
  • Average Benchmark Performers can earn $72,000 - $108,000 annually ($6,000 - $9,000 monthly).
  • Top Benchmark Performers can earn $120,000 - $180,000 annually ($10,000 - $15,000 monthly).
