- Providing stellar customer service in all aspects of the project, budget, timeline and execution.
- Managing the project budget and P&L from cradle to grave.
- Project Scheduling & Coordination.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Project logistics, ensuring successful delivery of equipment to jobsites.
- Identifying, investigating, and rectifying customer, field and operational issues.
- Developing Purchase Orders and procure materials from multiple vendors.
- Assembling and modifying Project Engineering Submittals.
- Materials and Equipment Sourcing and Purchasing.
- Working with the sales team to verify customer expectations, scope, quotes, timelines, etc.
- Verifying Supply Chain issues ensuring projects can be fulfilled on time.
- Teaming with Engineering to modify project documentation to meet the customer’s needs.
- Helping to verify and create cost estimates and life cycle cost analyses for Regional Sales Managers.
- Producing specifications and supporting design documents for bids.
- Reviewing and commenting on Bid Specifications and Drawings.
- Occasional technical support and/or field support (<10% travel)
- Are a technical person with hands-on experience.
- Have experience and “battle scars” to prove it: you know how projects go if details are missed.

- Have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Systems
- Excellent technical communication skills - including generating clear reports, tables, graphs and writing in English.
- Natural organizational skills.
- Experience with bid plans and specifications.
- A mastery of Excel, Word and Projects.
- 5+ year’s project management, project engineering or hands-on technical support experience.
- Worked in the Wastewater Process industry or similar.
