- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource or related field and equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Fresh Graduates can apply
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
- Able to speak Mandarin and English
- Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group.
- Enjoy challenge and fast pace environment
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and arrange to start working
- Drawing up short-lists
- Organizing interviews
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
- Assist HR Senior Executive to perform HR and admin tasks
- Regularly report the recruitment progress to the supervisor and the company
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors
- Full attendance allowance
- Public Holiday and others following accordance with the prevailing Labor Law
- Provided refreshment snack and drinks, high tea and so on
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided
