- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues promptly and escalating as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and amenities, including room service, housekeeping, and concierge services.
- Uphold brand standards and policies, ensuring compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
- Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our guests.
