  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in reservations, payments, and room assignments.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues promptly and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and amenities, including room service, housekeeping, and concierge services.
  • Uphold brand standards and policies, ensuring compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our guests.
