As one of the members of our first PATH clinic in Utah you will have the flexibility to build your caseload with your own strengths and interests in mind, help create the office culture you hope to see, and build your schedule in a way that works for you!This highly collaborative position offers regular support through clinical meetings, staff support meetings, trainings, and partnering with other providers. We are also happy to offer clinical supervision towards full licensure for those who need it, a stipend to support CEUs, PTO and other benefits.This position pays per billable hour plus admin time and includes guaranteed paid training hours in the first month.PATH Behavioral Health, a nationwide expanding force in the realm of behavioral health, is on the lookout for outstanding individuals to join our organization.   • Provide clinical counseling, diagnostic interviews, assessments, and preparation and delivery of treatment plans to a verity of clients.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy for clients in a supportive, stigma-free, environment.
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary care team to develop customized treatment plans and ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
  • Champion mental health awareness and equitable access to care within the community.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Candidate must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university.Licensure: Candidates must possess one of the following licenses: CSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, ACMHC, or CMHC in the state of Utah.Experience/Skills: Experience with best practices in therapeutic care, advocacy, and outreach. Prior experience with unhoused populations is a plus.Physical Effort: Requires the ability to work under stressful conditions and to work irregular hours. Willing to spend time in the community including client homes, shelters, and community centers. Requires sitting for extended periods of time, viewing computer monitors, and keyboarding.Communication Skills: Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate professionally via telephone and in writing. Strong grammar and writing skills are crucial for clear and concise communication with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Candidates must achieve competency in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) program, telemedicine services, and any additional software programs utilized by the company, ensuring efficient access and updating of client information.
