- Conduct thorough analyses of the campaign and database leads to identify potential candidates for participation in clinical studies. Monitor and report on conversion rates.
- Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights from conversion metrics, and develop and implement targeted approaches to identify potential candidates.
- Create reports on leads and conversion.
- Maintain a proactive approach to ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in patient identification and data management.
- Assist in the continued development, implementation, and oversight of processes, guidelines, and expectations to ensure that patient enrollment specialists are focusing on scheduling priority studies, sites, and dates.
- Assist in collaborating with sites to provide the highest level of patient experience and appointment quality.
- Attend courses and webinars, and conduct research to stay updated on new trends and best practices.
- Perform other tasks and work on special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in patient database management or similar roles is advantageous
- Basic medical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret clinical study protocols.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Resourceful, open to new approaches, and an excellent problem solver.
- Driven, positive, and possesses a 'do-what-it-takes' mentality.
