Who You AreJustworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to work collaboratively with Design and Engineering. Product Managers are responsible for scoping and guiding products to launch, guiding the iterative improvement process, and considering both internal and external needs.Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On
  • Define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Program Mgmt as well as cross-functional partners
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing to create a cross-functional and collaborative development process specific to your domain
  • Gather insights - including customer research, partner feedback, external market data, Justworks business intelligence, and stakeholder feedback - to inform your product hypotheses
  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and available data - including Voice of Customer data, external market data, and existing Justworks data
  • Collaborate with other functions and Product teams across the company to prioritize technology investments, and reassess as needed - using evidence-based decision-making to prioritize the needs of customers and the business, with an eye on future growth
  • Identify metrics and set measurable goals around feature launches to guide your team's execution approach, measure success post-launch, and continue to iterate
  • Remove roadblocks so that your cross-functional team can execute and ship seamlessly
  • Communicate product priorities and updates across the company, seeking feedback on an ongoing basis
  • Inspire and support your team to drive meaningful results for the business
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building and shipping successful products; ideally in the HR technology space
  • You have a product mindset and track record of managing a prioritized roadmap
  • You have experience with writing product requirements; building and prioritizing backlogs.
  • You focus on and rally others around achieving outcomes, and not tactics
  • You are a quick learner, able to connect dots and create insights out of data
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for storytelling
  • You are highly collaborative and can pivot your approach to get to the best collective outcome
  • You're experienced working with Agile development processes
  • You have experience working on financial or insurance-related products
  • You are energized by solving very complex product problems
  • You have a growth mindset and bring positive energy in the face of adversity
  • You have experience building integrations and working with third-party dependencies
Bonus Points
  • You have deep analytical expertise, including proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis tools
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $165,000.00 to $181,500.00 per year.#LI-Hybrid #LI-AD1
