This position is part of a team supporting F-16 fighter aircraft Modifications, Upgrades and Overhaul (MUO) repair operations part of a Contract-Field Team (CFT) located in United Arab Emirates. Candidate will be assigned long-term inspecting Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) repairs. Additional requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Candidate must be a self-starter, and able to make timely decisions about a variety of maintenance disciplines.
- Typical shifts Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, subject to change based on customer requirements.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain respirator qualification
- Must Have a valid U.S. Driver's license
- Must have a US passport

Basic Qualifications- 2-4 years Quality Assurance experience on Fighter Aircraft in Modification and/or Maintenance environment-Able to obtain/maintain respirator qualification- Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings/instructions; system schematics/blueprints; and technical policy/maintenance instructions- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand non-conformities as they relate to safety-of-flight inspections, procedural breakdowns, and/or program (process) audits- Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) internal audit processesDesired skills- F-16 Aircraft Maintenance Experience- Corrosion Control (Paint), Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM), HAVE GLASS, or Low-Observable (LO) experience- Familiar with DCMA Instruction 8210.1C/D, Aircraft Ground Operations and Maintenance Procedures- Experienced with conducting Process Compliance Surveillance Program (PCSP) audits- Familiar with International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 & AS9100 aviation standards- Experience with evaluating process compliance, write/review Corrective Action Preventative (CAP) reports, perform root cause analysis, and validate quality processes, responses and plansVirtualnoZip29605EEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
