Job Duties:Tubi, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst (Product Data Analyst) to provide support to the Tubi executive team and interact with Tubi executives on a weekly basis, helping translate business problems into an analytical framework. As part of the Business Operations team, responsible for supporting executives across the following groups: Revenue, Content, Finance, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Product. Identify and build business intelligence solutions to drive optimal outcomes across all of Tubi's departments. Responsible for unlocking, designing and implementing data solutions to discover insights and deliver value for Tubi's internal and external stakeholders. Specific duties include: 1) Own critical data sourcing and analysis for Tubi's strategic decisions. 2) Work closely with Business Operations team to empower data-backed decision making and delve into granular drivers of not just primary but secondary and lower level KPIs with an eye on improving operations. 3) Drive analytics design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business team and defining clear plan for analysis. 4) Provide analytical support for Business Operations team to confirm assumptions, extract relevant insights and interpret models and outputs. 5) Work closely with Data Science and other departments in keeping with definitions and source of truth. 6) Present new projects and track team success and updates to upper-level management. 7) Be involved and interface with key business decision makers in management. 8) Lead in sourcing and use of data to empower next level thinking. Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.Job Requirements:Requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, plus two (2) years of product data analysis or related experience in data analysis/data analytics, including experience working with large and complex data sets; analyzing data to uncover trends and patterns; and working with stakeholders in gathering requirements and writing technical specifications*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Knowledge of SQL, RedShift, Databricks, ANSI, PostreSQL, and Snowflake; 2) Experience with visualization tools and report development, dashboard creation and pivot tables; 3) Experience with Periscope, Looker, Tableau and Python; 4) Knowledge of statistical modeling, reporting, analytics, database usage and design theories; and 5) Experience in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process to create data pipelines, schedule and clean data*Any level of knowledge, experience and/or coursework in the specific skills is acceptable.Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. w/out sponsorship.Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $138,994.52 - $152,894 per year. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k)plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
