As an Equipment Specialist you'll get to:
  • Schedule and perform quality control and preventative maintenance on all Donor Care equipment.
  • Perform installation, validation, or qualification procedures on new equipment or repaired equipment.
  • Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures regarding equipment validation.
  • Release, print, distribute, and close out work orders in the equipment maintenance system and develop process with management for timely follow up.
  • Review and maintain accurate equipment files, including archiving and management of vendor supplied manuals.
  • Ensure equipment is sent for vendor repair, order replacement parts as needed, and maintain documentation of repairs.
Requirements:
  • High School or GED required.
  • Three years of relevant work experience required.
  • Three years of equipment validation and maintenance experience preferred.
  • Training skills preferred.
  • Able to lift 40lbs.
