Job FunctionThe Hydro-Vac laborer is responsible for helping with and assisting the operator on the job.Essential Functions1.Know your way around a job site.2.Have knowledge of utility markings.3.Laborer needs to be able to stand for long periods of time.4.Laborer needs to be able to lift 50lbs5.Flexibility in schedule.6.A good attitude and willing to adapt.7.Laborer needs to understand the importance of good customer service and be able to provide.8.Have knowledge of simple mechanics.9.Must be safety conscious.10. Read a tape measure and simple math.Required Skills:Qualifications:1. Must have valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record2.High School diploma or equivalent.3.Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and Holidays as necessary and in a non-traditional setting with limited travel.4.Must be able to lift 50 lbs5.Must maintain a Medical Card.Key Behaviors1.Communication/Written Communication- Must be able to communicate with customers effectively.
