- Develop and execute comprehensive display advertising strategies tailored to reach small business owners in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Take full ownership and accountability for all aspects of display advertising campaigns, including planning, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis, across various platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our diverse audience segments, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy for Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Demonstrate accountability by setting clear campaign objectives, timelines, and KPIs, and consistently track and measure performance against these metrics to ensure campaign success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in display advertising and meta marketing, leveraging insights to continually optimize campaign performance and drive results.
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of display advertising efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign ROI.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in display advertising tactics and technologies, demonstrating a commitment to driving continuous growth and excellence.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, including ad networks, publishers, and technology vendors, to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
- Foster a culture of accountability within the marketing team, leading by example and encouraging transparency, ownership, and collaboration in all aspects of campaign execution.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies effectively in both languages.
- Position entails on-site presence in our Coconut Grove office Monday through Friday.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on display advertising and meta marketing.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful display advertising campaigns across diverse audience segments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign performance and drive insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising technologies, trends, and best practices, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with meta platforms (e.g., Facebook Meta) and familiarity with their advertising capabilities is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach to marketing.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
