We believe in the power of collective genius and look for idea generators, solution seekers and ingenious innovators that want to play a part in pioneering our brands into the future.Role Overview:As a Product Manager in the Player Services domain, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of core services managing player accounts and player wallets, as well as taking primary responsibility for our back office management system, looking after compliance and operational workflows. Your work will ensure that these services support our product teams effectively and comply with industry standards, as well as offering an excellent experience to our players.As our Product Manager in the Player Services domain, You Will:
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for Player Services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and operations, to deliver high-quality services.
  • Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements, ensuring the team delivers features that meet customer needs and drive business value.
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products and features, driving optimization and improvements.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all relevant stakeholders, including team members and executive leadership.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, product development, and roll-out strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and relevance of services.
You Have:
  • Background / education in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Back-office / iGaming admin solutions / PAM product development and workflow experience is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies with a focus on systems integration and technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and challenges in the gaming industry is desirable.
  • Experience with operational workflows such as customer service, risk & fraud is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
