We Are Hiring For Position: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveAPIs -Domestic (Pharma) Sales territory: PAN INDIA / DOMESTIC. Area/Sector: Pharma APIs Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma Location: To be stationed at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) Experience: 3 to 5 years in Sales & Business Development in Pharma Job Description Accountable for sales & marketing for APIs in the domestic market, active promotion of existing & new products to domestic customers, generating inquiries, providing quotations & converting business through prospective sales leads. Formulating strategies to capture new projects & customers by ensuring geographic market penetration, effective negotiations to achieve the desired annual goals. Identifying & analyzing market dynamics using various databases, reports & market research tools. Coordinating for supplier & customer visits regularly. Competitor analysis in terms of their pricing, product offerings, challenges or limitations, strategic decisions & expansions. Required to travel PAN India. Skills And Traits Able to articulate ideas and communicate effectively with the stake holder. Process driven and System oriented. Meticulous and disciplined in timely reporting as per the set protocols of the company. Go-getter attitude accompanied with ethical approach towards customers and Organization. Demonstration of Negotiation skills in closing orders. Compensation CTC range: Rs. 7 lakhs to Rs. 8 lakhs PA (58k to 67k per month) Interview Venue: At Ahmedabad H.O.
