Working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results, this position requires a positive attitude, self-motivation, the ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Position Responsibilities:Leads and performs the design, program, test, implementation and documentation of complex computing applications and software or computing architecture and computing application system designsLeads analysis of end user processes to define application requirementsWrites and compiles complex code based on documented design or designs application architecture that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applicationsModifies or upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality and performanceIdentifies and recommends improvementsIdentifies and resolves complex programming or application architecture problemsDeploys and supports new applications per program needsResearches complex or multiple processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system designConsults with customers to clarify and refine complex requirementsInterprets and translates complex requirements into functional specificationsLeads and performs activities to develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specificationsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience with application integration and system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools3+ years of experience in developing data management solutions including writing queries in SQL, .Net, Access, Oracle, JAVA Server Pages and interpreting the data1+ years of experience leading teamsExperience in one or more programming languages such as C#/C-Sharp, .NET, Java, C, C++, FORTRAN and Web/HTML technologies (Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, web services, REST, microservices etc.), Config Management tools like Azure DevOps(ADO)/TFS, Git and othersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experienceTop Secret Security Clearance or higherFull Scope polygraph1+ years of experience with Aglie Development1+ years of experience with Configuration management1+ years of experience with ColdFusion1+ years of experience with Software Requirements1+ years of experience with writing interfaces and ETL development1+ years of experience working with PDM/PLM systems1+ years of experience supporting engineering applicationsTypical Education & Experience:Typically, 9 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
