- The ability to complete all payroll records required and prepare labor forecast.
- Well verse with island recreational activities.
- Anticipate guest request and requirement.
- To work closely with the Front Office team to ensure the smooth handling of any guest excursion.
- The ability to resolve guest complaints in timely manner.
- With minimum 3 years experiences in the same or similar capacity.
- Good leadership skills.
