Responsible to supervise the Geopark Discovery Center, Kids Club and Watersports Department, to offer guest an enjoyable experience of Four Seasons standard of excellence for it quality, professionalism and friendliness.What you will do

The ability to complete all payroll records required and prepare labor forecast.
Well verse with island recreational activities.
Anticipate guest request and requirement.
To work closely with the Front Office team to ensure the smooth handling of any guest excursion.
The ability to resolve guest complaints in timely manner.

What you bring

With minimum 3 years experiences in the same or similar capacity.
Good leadership skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Good command of English communication.
