- Experience working on a STEM project, club, or hobby
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and products, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and a demonstrated willingness to learn a variety of new skills and tools
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to excel in both team and individual work environments
- Experience or knowledge of basic software programming
- Experience or knowledge of engineering concepts
- Computer or technology certifications
