For one of our ongoing multiyear projects, we are looking for a Talend ETL Developer with RESTful & SOAP out of Charlotte, NC.Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex Talend ETL processes for integration between systems
  • Design & Develop web Services in RESTful & SOAP
  • Ability to break down business stories into smaller development components
  • Ability to work in fast-pace, agile environment
  • Gather business requirements and follow through to design and execution
  • Work with other developers to implement requirements
  • Responsible for software development including software, unit test plans, unit testing, QA support and post-release.
Skills:
  • 8 years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in computer related field or equivalent
  • General application development (6+ years)
  • Talend (3+ years preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in developing ETL processes
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Oracle / MSSQL / MySQL (2+ years)
  • Java (Core, Servlets, JDBC, etc) (1+ years)
  • Familiarity with integrating data from various sources (flat files, databases, web services)
  • Data Modeling (2+ years)
  • Experience utilizing and extending ETL solutions (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Ab Initio) in a complex, high-volume data environment
  • Proven proficiency with development of high performance ETL to transform and load high volume of data.
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, BigQuery) is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and coordinate projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment where requirements and procedures continuously evolve.
