Committed to delivering top-tier technical support and solutions to dental offices nationwide, we're expanding our team and seeking an IT Deskside Support Technician to bolster our operations in Des Moines, IA.Responsibilities:As an IT Onsite Technician, you'll be the linchpin in resolving technical issues at dental offices across your designated region. Your role entails fostering robust relationships with our valued partners, delivering unparalleled customer service, and devising innovative solutions to a variety of technical hurdles. From troubleshooting hardware and software to tackling challenges with phones, printers, and specialized dental imaging products, your expertise will be indispensable. Additionally, when off-site, you'll provide remote assistance from the comfort of your own home.Key Duties:Embark on on-site visits to dental offices throughout the Des Moines, IA area to troubleshoot technical issues. During your initial 90 days, engage in extensive travel across the country for immersive hands-on training. Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with our esteemed clientele. Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support. Offer remote assistance to partners during off-site periods. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, phone, printer, and dental imaging product issues, among others. Contribute to nationwide routine maintenance and installations as required. Qualifications:Prior experience in on-site technical support or a similar capacity. Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously. Superb communication and customer service aptitude. Knowledge of hardware, software, and dental imaging products is advantageous.
