Senior Building Services Engineer

• Degree / Diploma in Building Services engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years post-qualification design experience.
• Chartered or working towards.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Experience with design software: AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit.
• Comfortable in estimating cost control on projects.

• Preparation of design and contract documentation and specifications.
• Design of systems not limited to maximum demand calculations, cable sizing, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, ICT systems, security systems and vertical transport.
• Co-ordination of work with all members of design teams (architect, engineers of all disciplines, Q.S. etc.)
• Ensuring that all designs and documents are prepared to the highest standards.
• Compiling project reports.
• Conceptual design studies and reports.
