- At least 3-4 years of experience of working on consultancy-tenders (especially tenders floated by Govt-s/PSU-s/Multilateral Funding Agencies) and preparation of responses thereof.
- Experience of working in Client-facing roles for consulting assignments.
- Experience of handling risk processes at Deloitte.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to grasp different concepts quickly.
- Adept at working under deadlines.
- Review tender documents (EOIs/RFPs), including scope of work and contractual terms & conditions, within the stipulated timeline.
- Identify and analyze risks associated with the opportunities (EOIs/RFPs) and inform the relevant pursuit teams/business teams.
- Assist pursuit teams/business teams in identifying potential mitigation measures for identified risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal team, RRO team) and collaborate with RFP team-members in connection with tender review and related matters.
- Guide pursuit teams/business teams on matters related to risk review and allied activities.
- Assist the DE leadership by providing inputs on key risks during DE-consultation / DRB discussions.
