- Project Execution: Work closely with the Project Manager to lead the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion, securing the effective utilization of resources and maintaining stringent adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
- System Installations and Maintenance: Direct and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated electrical systems, ensuring a harmonious collaboration with general contractors and subcontractors to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Blueprint Analysis: Demonstrate proficiency in reading and comprehending construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications to outline and execute the complete electrical scope of work efficiently.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize your advanced diagnostic skills to maintain and troubleshoot diverse electrical, power distribution, PLC, and motor control systems, securing their functionality and safety.
- Problem Isolation: Identify and isolate issues swiftly and efficiently, orchestrating timely interventions to maintain system efficacy and avoid potential complications.
- Leadership in Training: Head the mentorship initiatives, nurturing apprentices and team members through a culture of collaborative learning and constructive feedback.
- Coaching/Mentoring: Serve as a mentor, fostering a learning environment that encourages team members to reach their full potential and effectively contribute to the team’s objectives.
- High School diploma or equivalent; further education in an electrical program is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the industrial electrical field, with a preference for individuals having worked on airport and wastewater treatment projects.
- A history of successfully overseeing crews in construction environments.
- A requisite Journeyman Electrician License.
- Possession of a valid Kentucky Electrical License (EE or ME) is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license.

- Profound knowledge of NEC and electrical construction processes.
- OSHA10 (or required to complete with T.E.M.)
- Kentucky Electrical License (EE or ME)
- Strong knowledge of PLC field wiring and motor control system.
- Previous experience leading a team and mentoring apprentices.
