- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

- Shift: D Shift, 6 PM – 6 AM, Friday – Sunday (Work 36 hours, Paid for 40 hours)
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Perform routine setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment
- Adjust machine settings and monitor performance for quality, production, and downtime metrics
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PM), repairs, and inspections for production and facility equipmen
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve equipment utilization and resolve performance issues
- Document all quality, safety, and maintenance activities accurately
- Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions
- Install, debug, and start up new or modified production equipment
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety policies, and company procedures
- Work with external contractors and vendors as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience OR Certificate in a relevant field and 2 years of relevant experience

- Time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with trades mathematics, calibration techniques, and precision measuring instruments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Knowledge of:
- Multimeter usage, sensor technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Power transmission (gearboxes, motors, belt & chain drives)
- Basic machining, plumbing (fluid & pneumatic), and electrical troubleshooting up to 480 VACS
- Experience with Industrial Control Systems (instrumentation, ladder logic, relay logic, VFDs, servos, etc.)
- Proficiency in PLC operations, robotics, and vision systems
- Experience with mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP maintenance module or equivalent computerized systems
- Experience with milling, lathing, welding, and bearing press operations
