As a Ag Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth and success of our client's financial services division.Responsibilities: - Originate and underwrite ag loans, deposits and related services for a diverse portfolio of clients - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote business growth - Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure loan viability - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and approval - Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirementsEssential Job Functions: - Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants - Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements - Prepare loan proposals and presentations for review and approval - Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively address any potential issues - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clientsCandidates please pay careful attention: Only those candidates who meet the minimum and mandatory requirements below will be considered.Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ag Loan Officer - Proven track record of success in origination and underwriting and credit analysis.
