Ask what Flex@Allegro can mean for you.SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Development Manager to lead and mentor our team of Salesforce, .NET, and SQL developers. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that support Allegro's business objectives and drive efficiency across the organization.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Manage the software development lifecycle, from design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with project managers on sprint planning, task definition, and scheduling for projects and enhancements.Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex (triggers, batch processing), Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (including JavaScript frameworks).Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as ERP and Marketing Automation platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.Ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.Aligning team processes to company policies and supporting audit compliance.Contribute to the development of our Salesforce roadmap, aligning with Allegro's strategic goals.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Apex, Flow, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.2+ years of experience managing and leading development teams.Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions.Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, preferred) are a plus.Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with MuleSoft, .NET, or SQL.Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines).Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.#LI-MR1At Allegro, we are committed to providing a harassment-free environment of mutual respect to fuel innovation through inclusive thought collaboration.
