- Directing social media marketing execution.
- Directing the production and distribution of marketing collaterals and all marketing material supporting and enhancing company and product branding.
- Managing marketing needs from customers.
- Managing sales support from marketing including customer visits.
- Perform other job-related duties with managerial approval.
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Aligns and strategies with sales team to create segmented campaigns.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience writing creative content and blog posts.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing Virtual Media.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM implementation and optimization.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target segments and devising digital campaigns that engage, educate, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in creating and executing HubSpot campaigns.
- Experience in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite and Drupal CMS
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Enjoys working in team settings and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Have an informative and clear communication style.
- Experience in an FDA or other regulated work environment.
- Flexible, "can do" attitude.
