Email Retention Marketing Coordinator (On-Site)

- Coordinate segmentation and audience targeting within our ESP (Klaviyo, Iterable, BloomReach, Braze, or similar).
- Set up and schedule A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
- Assist in campaign performance tracking, reporting, and insights gathering.
- Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to enhance personalization.
- Support loyalty program marketing initiatives, ensuring members receive tailored communications and promotions.
- Partner with the Brand Team to align lifecycle messaging with overall brand initiatives.
- Validate promo codes, links, segmentation, and design elements before deployment.
- Help execute the testing roadmap for campaigns and lifecycle journeys, analyzing results and iterating on findings.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, personalization tactics, and lifecycle strategies to contribute fresh ideas.
- Support in developing strategies for engagement-focused campaigns (seasonal promotions, holiday sales, product education, and loyalty incentives).
- Identify opportunities to enhance retention, increase LTV, and improve customer experiences. Stay informed on email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing execution and lifecycle marketing (e-commerce or DTC brand preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a related field required.
- Proficiency in email platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, BloomReach, Braze, or similar).
- Strong understanding of email segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation.
- Basic HTML skills for minor email edits (preferred but not required).
- Experience with Google Analytics, FullStory, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills-able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A creative mindset with a passion for testing, experimenting, and optimizing campaigns.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and retention marketing strategies.
- Experience working with marketing automation, CDPs, or personalization engines.
- Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industries.
