- Manage and perform all aspects of user and licence management to include new user setup/deactivation,roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, Organisational Wide Defaults (OWD) and sharing rules.
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizations.
- Perform user support and escalations.
- Understand and troubleshoot basic triggers and Apex code impacts.Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Create and manage technical documentation of changes to the overall Salesforce platform, to include process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts.
- Create and manage platform roadmap and priorities based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Design and manage solutions to business problems or objectives.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements, through written documentation, to all stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Analyse process or business decisions and make recommendations on how things could be improved or handled more efficiently
- Five (5) years Salesforce Administrator hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Apex, Tableau, and Zapier/Mulesoft experience preferred
- Experience in data migration, and user onboarding and support
- Bachelor’s Degree required or seven (7) years of experience.
- Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and active in the Salesforce Community.
- In-depth understanding of the media industry and current trends
- Ability to facilitate relations between business partners
