- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
