Accountant needed for a large, busy and growing property management company in the Roseville area. This is an urgent position overseeing accounting activities of multiple properties. This is a full time 40-hour, 3-4 month temporary position. Contact River City Staffing Today!Main Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for multiple locationsOversee monthly General Ledger entries, balancing all bank accounts for propertiesProvide oversight and accounting and financial advice, training and direction to junior staff.Preparation and oversight in distribution of accurate multiple monthly, quarterly and annual financials, and budget variance reports to internal management and external entities.Accurate and detailed record keepingWritten and verbal communication with internal management and external entities.Complete other duties as requiredThe ideal candidate will have Affordable Housing experience, Timberline software and MS Excel.Requirements:BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of five years practical accounting experienceExpert skills in Word, Excel and OutlookExperience in preparation of multiple budget submissionsExtensive experience and a solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and problem solvingExcellent demonstrated leadership, written and verbal communication skillsProfessional manner/conductPay Rate $40 to $43 per hourMust be able to clear a thorough drug and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
