- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate budgetary risks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, provide training to workers, and address safety concerns promptly to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Anticipate and address project challenges, such as weather delays, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory changes, to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, address stakeholder inquiries and concerns, and facilitate effective communication among project team members.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.
- Previous construction management experience
- Telecommunications industry experience is required.
- Available for emergency call-ins, overnight maintenance windows, and able to travel 50% of the month
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
