- Collaborate with Applicants and Introducers of Business for the purpose of maintaining existing Bank Account for Corporate Entities and/or Fund Structures;
- Customer relationship management – assist customers with general queries and/or direct their queries to the relevant department within the Bank;
- General relationship management with customers to promote the efficient use of services offered by the Bank including the taking of deposits, card services, foreign exchange and online banking;
- Perform any other operational task required for the general set-up of existing accounts;
- Client research through various media and with various counter parties or information outlets;
- Assist in the redaction and maintenance of processes and procedures.
- Preferably Level 4 certifications in business subjects;
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and ECDL base certificate;
- Prior experience in a financial institution will be considered an asset;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Must have a good eye for details.
