- Assist department in building innovative digital campaigns to accomplish specific goals such as increased streaming and sales, email list growth, social/DSP follower counts, and more
- Assist with asset creation for artists including short form content cutdowns, music video cutdowns, and static designs
- Manage all invoice payments for the department
- Manage email newsletter sends for artists/label and ideate ways to grow our subscriber lists
- Assist with social content and messaging across all label social media accounts (Elektra, Roadrunner, Fueled By Ramen)
- Project manage creation and updates of artist websites
- Manage weekly playlist submissions for TikTok, Snapchat and other accounts
- Manage TikTok ad platform for the label
- You’re passionate about the music industry and eager to learn and grow within the label
- You have strong organizational skills and are capable of managing multiple priorities
- You are a native/advanced user of key social platforms – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Snapchat and Meta
- You have excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentations
- Your finger is on the pulse of culture, music and trends
- You embrace change and are ready to take on new challenges as they come
- You have a basic understanding of the music streaming and digital sales ecosystem
- You have experience writing marketing copy as well as creating and editing basic photo/video content
- You are able to read analytics and develop plans and content in reaction to the data (i.e., audience demographics, similar artists)
- You are a quick learner who is excited to discover and master new platforms, apps and services
- You are able to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced environment / adjust to last minute changes or needs
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing and design software including Canva, Capcut, Photoshop and Premiere
- Basic familiarity with Spotify for Artists and YouTube Creator Studio.
