If you're passionate about making a difference in New York's clean energy future, this is the opportunity for you.Project Manager Role Overview:As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a variety of initiatives focused on energy studies, on-site energy manager engagement, stakeholder relationship management, technical review support, and reporting. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budgets while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders.Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Mastery: Lead projects with finesse, guiding them from inception to successful completion while managing scope, schedule, and budgets effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing coordination and collaboration to drive project success.
Contractor Management: Oversee contractors and program support agreements, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges head-on, resolving issues that arise during project implementation in collaboration with applicants or consultants.
Strategic Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of Program Opportunity Notices (PONs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing valuable insights to enhance strategies and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in NYSERDA’s strategies and business processes, making recommendations to drive efficiency and innovation.
