Real Estate Bookkeeper (Yardi Voyager)

• Execute monthly bank reconciliations meticulously, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
• Carefully oversee credit card transactions, reconciling statements and invoices promptly to uphold financial integrity.
• Assume responsibility for bi-weekly payroll processing, accurately computing wages, and deductions, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
• Skillfully oversee property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration through Yardi Voyager software.
• Efficiently handle vendor invoices, guaranteeing timely payments and fostering positive vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors to address billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays promptly.
• Offer assistance in preparing financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, as required

• Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of practical experience in bookkeeping.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational prowess.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Thorough understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations.
