Territory Specialist in South, Swine

• Is responsible for delivering on financial targets in the assigned territory in line with the strategy of Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam.
• Is responsible for collaborating and supporting Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam's distributor in planning and executing technical seminars/consultancies and marketing activities to reach agreed sales targets.
• Is responsible for executing the sales/marketing plan and tactics to assure maximum sales and market penetration within guideline, policies and directives with customers (direct farms, focus farms, dealers, etc.).

• Deliver on the agreed financial targets.
• Monitor area market conditions for changes that impact Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam business.
• Achieve strategic distributor objectives in line with Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Vietnam strategy.
• Have excellent understanding of customer priorities/needs and keep abreast of changes in the local animal health economy.

• Minimum 3 year experiences as a farm technician, preferred in relevant industries with proven tract record
• Must be self-motivated, responsible and flexible
