You'll play a critical role in driving our technical hiring strategies and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent, including networking, social media, and job boards.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and qualifications within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a technology-driven organization or IT recruitment agency.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
