- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and qualifications within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in a technology-driven organization or IT recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
