You'll play a critical role in driving our technical hiring strategies and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract top technical talent, including networking, social media, and job boards.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring.
Strong understanding of technical roles and qualifications within the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a technology-driven organization or IT recruitment agency.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
