Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions. 6 years of experience in account management and programmatic media. 6 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns. 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams. Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), digital video, programmatic media. Preferred qualifications: Experience with programmatic advertising, ad operations, and measurement platforms. Experience leading teams with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising, and working with product teams on scalable business solutions. Experience leading and inspiring teams. Experience leading and communicating about best practice solutions to inculcate a culture of learning and having an impact at scale. Knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform, in particular Display and Video 360. Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment. Responsibilities Manage a team that oversees books of business as Programmatic Specialist, working across the entire business cycle and plan, pitch, implement, and optimize. Oversee the team that deep-dives into the client's business objectives and lead a programmatic ad strategy in Display and Video 360. Collaborate effectively and build relationships with executive Sales stakeholders and external clients to help them achieve success with their programmatic campaigns, driving product adoption and business growth. Partner with vendor leadership and Sales teams to drive growth plans of our large advertisers. Develop and apply knowledge of the market and competitive environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered. Help product teams by identifying and defining feature requests and product feedback.
