- Responsible for daily bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
- Support in the monthly close in GL reconciliation,
- Support and control over execution of travel policies.
- Control over monthly settlement and reconciliation for credit cards and travel imprest.
- Support in month end and year end closing of books of accounts.
- Support in monthly MIS reporting and reconciliations.
- Responsible for group and personal accounting of the management
- Weekly reconciliation of inter-unit accounts and related party accounts
- Support in data provision to auditors during interim and annual audits.
- Control over timely compliance with MCA filing.
- Control over Fixed Assets with preparation of Fixed Asset Register and physical verification.
- Support in preparation of monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements
- Supporting other areas of work as and when required .
