- Maximize Bentley revenue within your market while ensuring ongoing account retention, by managing a designated portfolio of accounts to ensure contract renewals.
- Communicate the value of Enterprise programs to Bentley users. Ensure that clear and consistent information on program details is being relayed to Bentley users.
- Achieve quarterly and annual goals related to recurring revenue, account retention, and product expansion for your market.
- Maintain an appropriate level of Product/Solution knowledge for all product verticals and applications.
- Promote and deliver Enterprise program services to Bentley Users with a focus on User retention.
- Facilitate effective communication between multiple departments to complete subscription-related requests.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in software subscription management and operations.
- A results-focused professional, self-motivated and with clear goals, who can use these individual traits to adopt a team approach to best-in-class user service.
- Ability to review and understand contractual terms and conditions.
- Possess excellent communication and time management capabilities.
- Able to consult with customers on solutions. Customer-focused; people orientated and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Possess a strong sales operations/sales process discipline and knowledge of SAP and CRM.
- Capacity to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills.
- SaaS business experience is a plus.
