- Provide expert advice and oversight to facility management and staff on clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.
- Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including conducting mock surveys.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide education and training to facility staff on a variety of topics related to nursing practice and resident care.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care nursing, with a focus on clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the state of Arkansas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
