- Own the CRM: Keep our CRM system (preferably Follow Up Boss) impeccably organized. Document interactions, update contact details, and ensure every lead has a clear next step.
- Nurture Relationships: Initiate meaningful outreach to potential leads, maintain follow-ups according to CRM sequences, and schedule meetings that seamlessly transition to our in-field sales reps.
- Support Post-Meetings: Handle follow-up communications, address inquiries, and clearly define next steps. Provide timely CRM updates and relay important insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate Effectively: Be the bridge between lead development and our sales team. Share essential insights, updates, and feedback to ensure our sales reps are well-prepared and strategies remain refined.
- Proven Experience: Strong background in sales, lead generation, or data mining, ideally with remote work experience.
- Tech Savvy: Skilled in CRM tools (preferably Follow Up Boss) and adept at managing workflows, data, and lead tracking systems.
- Communication Rockstar: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive emails and effectively engaging with leads and team members.
- Self-Starter: Highly independent, self-motivated, and disciplined in managing tasks and achieving results in a remote environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the trim industry or similar sectors is a bonus but not required.
