We hold end-to-end responsibility to launch andscale-up users on the platform by ensuring the right selection, competitive pricing and sales.As our 3P associate, you will join us to create the best user experience in the online sellingjourney. From acquiring users onto the platform through marketing to training them througheducational content and webinars, we look after all funnels of the users life on Meesho.We also engage and retain our users on the platform with growth-related initiatives. We want toenable every supplier, big or small, branded or unbranded, to experience the power of internetcommerce.About the RoleSouth & East charter in seller acquisition hires FOS agencies to help acquire sellers. Within thatvertical, you will be part of a team that is focusing on seller acquisition from specific cities.These include most of the metro cities- Bangalore, Kolkata and Tirupur.- Associated hired will be working on the Feet on Street (FoS) model where the agent goesinto the markets to acquire sellers.1. On a typical day, you will be visiting the markets, pitch sellers about Meesho platformand assist them with the registration process2. After a seller is registered, you will have to help them with catalog uploads on thesupplier panel3. Once a seller uploads catalogs, associates will help them with the order processingWhat you will need0.5-1 year of experience preferably in sales or B2B onboardingsRegional language proficiencyBasic understanding of virtual meeting platforms, ex google meet, zoomCompensation Structure- Compensation will be a function of 3 components Registration targets (40%),Cataloging target (40%) and First Order Delivered targets (20%)- If the above mentioned targets across all 3 components are met, then associate will beeligible for a payout of INR 25,000- Meesho will also provide additional INR 5000 per month for conveyance pro-rated toattendance- Targets on each component will be communicated on the job.- Bonus Payout will be given if associate exceeds target on any component in proportionto he/she exceeds the targeto For example if the registration target for a month is 15 valid & incrementalregistration but associate does 20 regs, then they will be eligible for extra pay-outof 25000*40%*((20-15)/15) = 3333Please Note: Bonus Payout will only be applicable if associate meets monthly targets on each ofthe above mentioned components (registration, cataloging and first order delivery)About MeeshoMeesho is Indias fastest growing e-commerce company.
