- Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
- Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles, reporting any problems to the General Manager
- Assist in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
- Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase
- Communicates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance and discount
- Completes necessary Dealership and Manufacturer paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
- Researches availability of models and options equipment
- Engages in business development
- Addresses customer concerns
- Follows Dealership and Manufacturer rules and regulations
