- Candidate should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field
- Ideal candidates will be a rising Junior or Senior
- Great attention to detail with ability to work towards prescribed timelines
- Process accounts payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures, using QuickBooks and Bill.com
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, coding, reviewing and processing payments in a timely basis
- Process employee expense reports and credit card charges with monthly statement reconciliation
- Prepare a wide variety of reports, documents and correspondence of a confidential and nonconfidential nature
- Research discrepancies and resolve issues
- Communicate with employees and vendors
- Maintain good working relationships with other departments, employees, and guests
- Handle incoming calls and route to specific individuals
- Review daily cash entries for balancing and recording revenue activity
- Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents
- Participate in monthly physical inventory counts
- Experience as a bookkeeper or accounts payable clerk using QuickBooks and Bill.com is preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience with Excel spreadsheets
- Proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Customer service orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment with other employees
- A professional appearance at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure
