Hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Required Experience:-5 years Tax Accounting experience (corporate tax focused)
-Experience with big 4 or Public Accounting experience
-ASC 740 experience
-ERP experience, strong Excel; Alteryx experience preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organized, able to meet deadlines and collaborate.Education:
-Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
-Must be CPA or be a CPA Candidate (in process)Responsibilities:
Will be tasked with preparing quarterly/year-end ASC 740 calculations, large consolidated federal tax returns and extensions, and ensuring timely payment of local, state, and federal estimated tax payments. Will research tax matters, report any state or federal tax issues identified, and improve tax processes with automation/technology. Will be involved with gathering details for state tax returns, work with third parties regarding outsourced state tax returns, and forecast/plan on a monthly basis.
