  • As the internal front-line subject matter expert, obtains a deep understanding of our implementation and business process
  • Leads and manages the CRM Salesforce Administrative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to help members of the team as well as address any skill gaps
  • Evaluates and optimizes CRM processes, identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative to communicate those ideas forward
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clinical operations, and centralized patient facing teams to align projects with overall business goals.
  • Manages the support rotation for the team and ensure effective response to production incidents involving or affecting our Salesforce instance
  • Builds an effective communication process encompassing proactive outreach to all system users and stakeholders regarding system releases and short-term issues or impacts to system performance
  • Builds out internal knowledge collateral and system documentation
  • Ongoing access control maintenance. Proactively monitors system access of roles within the system and adjusts as needed. Approves access for new positions
  • Monitors and maintains data integrity within Salesforce, adhering to data security and HIPAA privacy standards
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 10% (Miami)
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of technical experience in CRM application.
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry a plus
  • Must be Salesforce certified
  • Experience leading a Salesforce implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Experience managing large data volumes, considering limits and performance tuning
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and project management
  • Working knowledge of contact center solutions a plus
