Maintains a constant flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room.KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures the prompt delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining room.
Deliver food to guests using standards fine dining etiquette * Adhere to the principles of basic food service, delivering hot food hot and cold foodcold.
Familiarizes self with all food items on both printed and daily menus. * Adheres to proper food safety and sanitation standards.Completes assigned side work as directed. * Maintain excellent communication with the expeditorEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate preferred
- 2 years front of house fine dining experience preferred
- Literacy and fluency in English
- Above average communication and interactive skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
- Ability to constantly lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to frequently lift and carry large, heavy banquet trays and beverage trays weighing up to 60 lbs
- Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 90 lbs
- Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas
- Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination
- Ability to hear and use visual inspection
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and climb stairs
