- Serve as liaison to shareholders regarding tax related distributions and filings.
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation, filing, and submission of all tax-related documents and reports on a global scale, including but not limited to annual tax returns.
- Manage tax planning and compliance across different business units and countries, ensuring tax liabilities are accurately reported.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and optimization opportunities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and maximize efficiency, boosting the financial performance.
- Oversee and proactively initiate and execute a diverse range of international tax planning strategies effectively leveraging internal and external resources.
- Responsible for providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial issues, including tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Foster a culture of tax compliance and awareness throughout the organization, providing training and support as needed.

- University degree in commerce, accounting, taxation or a related field, MBA preferred
- Professional qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Excellent leadership, motivational and resource management skills.
- Ability to pull cross-functional teams together to develop, plan, implement, and measure performance.
- Ability to analyze information and act effectively in an advisory consultant-like role.
- Proven business acumen, customer focus, strategic agility, and drive for results.
