This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, handling a variety of tasks that will help drive our company's success.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Handle all forms of communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in managing projects and initiatives, providing support to the CEO as needed.
- Maintains accurate expense reports and assists with financial administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Provide personal support to the CEO, managing tasks and errands as required.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts, fostering strong relationships.
- Support decision-making processes with thorough research and preparation of briefs.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in using software such as Basecamp, Notion, HubSpot, and other industry-specific applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and think critically to solve problems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
